We hired this cleaning service because of the 5 star review in google and unfortunately the experience was just okay. While some areas were addressed, the overall standard of cleaning did not meet my expectations. There were several spots that were either missed or not cleaned thoroughly, which was disappointing. When they asked for a feedback we were honest told them what was missed but cleaner denied it and made up lies to make reasons on why some areas was missed. Hi Rai! I have had these cleaners for a while now, I am extremely happy with the service. Hi Rai are always on time and will communicate with plenty of notice if they can't attend on your given day, but will always fit you on a day that suits you. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality cleaner.
