The doctor was good but the office staff are rude and unhelpful. I ran out of one of my medications early and I called about it and I was told an email would be sent to the doctor. No one responded. Fortunately, Walmart helped me out. I've since found another doctor with a friendly and caring respectful staff
Dr. Khan is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She truly takes the time to listen! The staff is great too.
Personally I chose Dr. Khan as my primary physician and was completely satisfied with her professionalism. My next scheduled appointment and to my surprise a totally different Dr. or person opens the door for my appointment. When I inquired at the checkout why I was rudely informed that this was going to be the practice from now on that I would see whomever they decided that I would see. Hopefully someone with some kind of compassion reads this and contacts me either by email or phone call.
Dr Kahn was a very good primary for my wife and I. However her practice has changed. She no longer receives patients and her clinic is focused on training residents. No longer my primary provider.
