HIR Gastro Longue in Hiawassee is a true hidden gem. Chef Lindy and Nanette are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. The food is outstanding—every dish is thoughtful, creative, and made with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients you can really taste. It’s a unique and special spot where you can tell every detail is crafted with care. You must check it out!
This was our second time eating here and both times were amazing. The owners are so friendly and the food is amazing! We were so happy to hear they now have lunch hours with a lunch menu, too. This will definitely be our go-to place when we are in town!

This place is amazing. The food is fantastic, especially the dessert, and the staff are absolutely amazing as well. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone and will 100% be back to once again enjoy this place.
