I love HIPS Resale Boutique. My sister and I went there and we both found items we loved. I also bought a purse online and loved that too!

Went to your Roseville store & there are a pair of Jones New York slacks for $39. The tags were still on them & the full retail price was $129. Of course we all know that is the "suggested price" and virtually no one is paying that price. A quick Google will show a smart consumer that Lord & Taylor and Macy's has current season JNY pants on sale for $32-$70. We are trying to shop resale to save money. I went to the Roseville store with a friend of mine, who recommended it to me, on last Friday. The customer service was horrible. I felt stereotyped, and disrespected. I will not be returning.

I went to Hips (Clawson location) for the first time ever today. I was pleasantly surprised by all the lovely clothes, shoes, purses & jewelry! The gal who waited on me was wonderful & so attentive! I left with a new blouse & bag & expect to be visiting again very soon!
