Poor customer service, I enquiredabout a vehicle and requested a part exchange valuation on my vehicle. I sent in via email images of my car plus the requested information. I had to chase the salesman up and was told he'd get a valuation to me by the end of the day..... I'm still waiting now. They clearly have to much business coming in they can't deal with the likes of myself. Poor show.
Ellis the sale person, total utter joke of a place. Took a deposit, then ignored me for almost few days. After being promised pics in a few hours. The reception lady is unprofessional and she is meant to be the voice and face of the company, this company is doing something wrong. I think I dodged buying from a dodgy company/staff. Oh yeah they lied to me about numerous things too.
Terrible experience from the moment the funds were sent !!! Give this company a wide berth Failed tyre pressure sensor No ppf film Turbo oil leak Mislead delivery dates. Prior to the sale the argument was free delivery and ppf film on the car. After agreeing the deal and sending a large sum for a deposit I was told to expect delivery on Saturday 30th march. I viewed a car with Hippo towards the end of December 2023 and specifically chose Hippo ahead of another garage which was closer to me, due to the apparent professionalism and care demonstrated on their website. I agreed to purchase the car with the caveat that a few things would be repaired prior to delivery - fogged headlights, damaged interior stitching, repair of window. Called up on Thursday morning enquiring about a BMW 6 Series GT that had been reserved, asking the showroom to give me a call if the car became available. Checked Thursday evening and the car was again available, but received no call to inform me. Called Friday morning to enquire, was told I would receive a call back but again received no call.
