Unimpressive after-care! I recently bought a car with Hippo. Car was delivered to me with outside and interior clean, but heavily mud-splattered engine bay area. Area was so dirty, it was like that of a 10 year old car! I contacted Hippo and their customer service team say it is not their policy to clean the engine area. I take this as, they don't want to spend the money (£100) for a specialist to clean the engine area and are happy for their internal valet team to give the exterior of the car a wipe over.
