One of the worst companies I've ever worked with. They underperformed at every step along the way. They were late to the free inspection because the technician's van broke down. The technician quoted me 7-10 business days to have the rug cleaned. On the 12th business day, I called to ask on the status of my rug and they said there was a delay because the technician's van broke down, how about Thursday of next week.
