I have been here twice. I was hoping that the first time was just a bad expierence and it was a one time thing but after my second visit no, this is just how they run their business. Hippie seems nice but she has been late to both appointments , the first time over 30 minutes late with no text until I was about to leave and when I got there she had almost no jewlery. I made an appointment here thinking it was for the Columbia location, as that is what shows on Google Maps. On the day of my appointment, I called to confirm the address because the Columbia location appeared closed. The woman who owns the business answered and told me the appointment was actually in Bowie, which is about 45 minutes away from me. I went to get my nose pierced and I developed a piercing bump soon after. This has never happened to me. The jewelry size along with the bar was too long for my piercing. She had limited jewelry left so I guess she thought it was a good idea to use what she had instead of telling me to come back another day. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Now I have to remove my jewelry. Such a waste of money.
