I booked my very nervous nearly 8 year rold daughter an appointment here on the recommendation of friends and I'm so glad I did! They have a very clean shop, very thorough on checking placements of piercings, very open and honest, just great all around. Shelby was the one who helped us recently. My daughter’s ear piercings never healed when we had them done here. Tried again after they healed and it went great at imperial!! Highly suggest them. Edit: I called multiple times, even came in once but clearly it wasn’t documented at all. He used his bare hands to move it around and sent us on our way.
Very professional and polite. Calm setting that help relax any nerves on getting pierced. Will definitely be back for another piercing
Mac did a excellent job piercing my septum! She was very calm and overall had an inviting personality.
Amy and Vic made our girls’ experience anxiety free and talked them through it from start to finish. They knew exactly what to say to keep them calm! They were extremely positive and friendly! So impressed! Would recommend!
