I booked an appointment for my adult son who had some damaged locs in need of repair. I was referred to Autumn by a previous patron. My son, who has a sensitive scalp and is extremely impatient had nothing but praises for Autumn. His hair was restored via crochet(a skill that most Loctician don’t have) and he was not in pain. Her prices are upfront and fair. He was beyond happy and so was I.
My experience was highly upsetting. Autumn cut 5” of my natural hair which I've been taking care of myself for the past 10 years. I booked this appointment to try to practice some self care and was taken advantage of. Worst hair cut I've ever received and especially because my trust was violated and abused. Autumn faced me away from the mirror and told me “don’t worry a trim is just an inch”. I would show everyone before and after pictures but im not able to on google. The worst place ever..When I first booked I had to put down 35 to hold booking.Well Autumn call to tell me she wad sick n I had to reschedule the day of my appointment.I thought no problem so I rebooked..however I was sick therafter..here comes the bull..I call to let her know to reschedule she told me I would have to give another 35 or I forfeit the first 35..Smdh...Me being new to cutting my hair was like ok..So I did got there at 12.00 n was put in a hot room with a TV that was not workn..I sat by myself for about 45 min.... read more
