I just want to start off saying they are very professional (No drama, no rudeness) and you don't have to wait forever to be seen. Appointments aren't stacked on top of each other. Pricing is fair and you're not there all day. Quality work at a respectable pace. If you come early they have their own waiting room before you enter the salon. My son’s stylist was Autumn. Rules: children have to have an adult in the waiting area.no food or drink allowed in the waiting area. All fine i had no problem with the rules … You can’t be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment. But several times when i made had an appointment we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for my son to have his services started. I would ask my son do you want to leave and he would say no mom. I’ve been going to Autumn for over 2yrs now she actually started me on my loc journey and I can’t say nothing but positive things about her, she’s very professional and because of her my locs are healthy and stay looking good. Autumn also did my color and I get compliments daily on how good my locs look. The atmosphere of the salon is really pleasant and I feel comfortable when I’m there.
Chris is an amazing loctician she is an amazing person, and efficient and effective with her work. She gets 10 stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
