I had a terrible experience at this eye doctor’s office. I scheduled an appointment with a specific doctor, but when I arrived, it was immediately clear he wasn’t there—yet no one gave me any prior notice. I asked to reschedule, but instead of being given that option, I was just put in a room for a different doctor without explanation. There is nothing *HIP* about this place. I had a fantastic experience at Hip Optics Riverside- Dr. Cho! The eye exam was incredibly thorough, utilizing the latest high-tech equipment to ensure my vision needs were perfectly addressed. brought my son here to check his vision. Exam was well and receptionist and staff were polite. The eye doctor seemed to get mad when I changed my mind about buying a tea tree foaming cleanser for eyes as I mentioned I would buy it online and the doctor made his way out of the room he was in just to tell me, “you will not find it online, you will only find it in doctors offices” I let that comment slide and paid for the exam and left.
