In a day and age where kindness is preached but rarely practiced, it was a refreshing change to be treated with such respect. I called out of the blue after having found my usual place had closed. I needed the nose pieces replaced. Not only did I just walk in, but they assisted me immediately, then they didn’t even charge me for the repair I was so shocked and happy, I had to share my experience!!! GO THERE!!! They’re the best!!!

I had a terrible experience at this eye doctor’s office. I scheduled an appointment with a specific doctor, but when I arrived, it was immediately clear he wasn’t there—yet no one gave me any prior notice. I asked to reschedule, but instead of being given that option, I was just put in a room for a different doctor without explanation. There is nothing *HIP* about this place.
