This store is great, they had a lot of patience for when I had to come in three different times to exchange harnesses to get the right size. They were also somehow able to exchange my cats brand new bed that he never used for a bed that looked like the one he’d been stealing from my dog, so now he has his own matching dog bed he now uses so often he doesn’t sleep with me anymore :( but it is a great bed, 10/10 perfect for him.
