Outstanding service from our plumber, Hyram! It’s the fourth time we’ve used HIP in the past year. We’re selling our home and found out last week we had to replace our propane tankless water heater since it was 17 years old but still working fine (a Rinnai). I had to special order the heater, it arrived yesterday, and Hyram—knowing our situation that we’re closing next week—came out today to do the install. Keith the technician is very punctual, professional and very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to identify the leak source very quickly and fixed it satisfactorily , replaced non functional toilet valves at discounted prices. Rebuilt our toilet flusher. too. His work has a year warranty too. I was answered by a live receptionist who’s very pleasant when I called and provided me help within few hours. I highly recommend them.
