Love coming here for my hair appointments. The staff are very knowledgeable, are not pushy and actually listen to what I’d like then provide suggestions or honesty where needed. The prices are quite good, not super expensive. I always walk out very happy and my hair feels so much nicer too. I can’t quite remember her name, but the woman with curly hair has done my hair the past two times and I can’t recommend her enough!
I went in & had a great consultation with Mel and then had my hair done by Ieby, who was very patient & really listened to my concerns about having a balayage done. I trusted him with my hair, I expressed my concerns about brassiness & breakage. He was able to intuitively know what I wanted. Process was smooth. I will definitely trust them with my hair from here on out..

I came in for a big change on Friday 20/06. What I asked for was achieved and I did enjoy the finished product even with the $370 bill at the end which seemed a little steep for the length of my hair. However I was told that they put a colour protector on my hair and that the colour would not move. Unfortunately after one day and one shower with no products in my hair the colour completely bled through and doesn’t look anything like the original outcome.
