Unprofessional and poor customer service
Highly recommend renee!!! She does both of my boys hairs, has done since they were young, I follow her to which ever salon she's working in!! They only ever want for a haircut from renee, especially my teenager, because she always does an amazing job and he gets what he asks for!!
I recently went in to the salon and had my hair cut, washed and blow dried by karlie. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and the haircut was amazing. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming and I would highly recommend! <3
I booked for 3pm got there 2:55 and sat down and waited It got to 3:30 and I wasn’t acknowledged I was there even, or apology for running late. Walked out. Dont reccomend as their communication was poor, they didn’t run on time Don’t bother booking and if you do ring ahead to find out how far behind they are Only Came here to get a haircut. Complete bloody waste of time- wont get that hour of my life back. I would rate -5 if I could don’t see how this place is 4.7 star.
I had my hair done for the first time at HIP Hair and was absolutely thrilled with the result & customer service by Renee! Her understanding & knowledge of colour really showed & I am so happy & thrilled with the result. I had a full head of foils done & the perfect Blonde chosen by Renee was absolutely gorgeous. Renee you are amazing
