My tenancy at Rainbow Flats (525 New Dundee Road), developed by HIP Developments, was one of the worst housing experiences I have had. This building was poorly constructed and inadequately planned. Many units, including mine, suffered from non-functioning or unreliable heat and air-conditioning, making it impossible to maintain a safe or comfortable living temperature. We have had a major issue, and no one is getting back to us. This is the third pre-construction unit I've purchased and by far the worst experience I've had. Based on this experience I wouldn't purchase from HIP again.
