I live in another state and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my mom on her birthday. The staff helping me over the phone was extremely pleasant to work with and very thorough. My mom absolutely loved her first experience there so much so that she has now become a regular customer, often sharing with me how lovely everyone is who works there. I only tried to make an appointment and the older lady on the phone was rude and disrespectful. She suggested that I call in advance twice in a very snotty tone. Because of this I will not ever take my business here. I don't need someone to tell me when to call.
