Food and service was outstanding. Julaya was so very helpful and nice. This is authentic BBQ if you're in the area I definitely recommend this BBQ spot for amazing quality and also great portions. Sides are all so good and tasty!! We will definitely be coming back to this amazing location.
I've been going to Hinze's BBQ for 40+ years. I won't be going back. The BBQ can't be beat. But the owners have now elected to ban all firearms - 30.06 concealed & 30.07 open carry from their business. I believe in a persons right to defend themselves. Since the Constitutional Right TO KEEP & BEAR ARMS is not supported by this business I will not support it. I will spend my money at Praseks BBQ instead.
My husband and I are truckers. We found this little hidden gem on the way down south on 59. Great food, We ordered to go. We each got the 3 meat plate, came with 3 sides. The prices were GREAT. But, they had mediocre service. The brisket (sliced beef) and Sausage were top-tier, everything was very well portioned. The bill was surprisingly affordable. Our bill came out to $39. Best BBQ!! You need to eat here.
I don't know what happened but my brisket and ribs were dry. The sausage was good. The best part of my order was the cucumber salad. The barbeque sauce needs a rehaul. If I do go back, it'll be for the cucumber salad only.
