National Grid had come to my house to investigate a Gas leak at the meter. After replacing the meter, they then turned my Furnace Off and tagged it as leaking until I could find someone to come inspect it. I reached out to Hintze HVAC and they were absolutely amazing. When I spoke to them it was a Friday, Erico came to inspect it and then went to Rhode Island the next day for parts to repair the furnace. Erico and his assistant were awesome! They rushed over immediately and got my heat going and were professional and clean. Definitely would reccomend!
I would Highly recommend! I just got my furnace and outside Central AC unit replaced by Hintze Heating and Cooling and Erico and his guys did a terrific job! What a big difference the new furnace makes! Over the summer my AC stopped working in the summer and I probably called 7 different HVAC companies to try to get a repair for the AC. Not to price shop but everyone was so far out to even stop by. I didn't end up repairing at that point but appreciated the follow up I got 2 of the companies. Eric did a great job of fixing our furnace. Last Saturday morning I found our furnace had stopped working. I called 4 different heating & cooling companies, and Eric was the only one to respond on a Saturday afternoon. After walking me through some troubleshooting actions over the phone, it looked like I was going to need a new part. He came to the house a few days later and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Eric for any heating & cooling service.
Just used Hintze to install two split units in PTOWN. They came out to give a bid quickly, started the work within days. Eric was super efficient and noticed some issues with a unit out of the box. Problem solved. And even worked as much as he could in outing down rain. He was lively, and did terrific work! Highly recommended.
