Relatively smooth and effortless process. I do however find that the mannerisms to not be very pleasant. I found the staff to be very cold and uninviting. To be completely honest I don't think there has been any other place in town that has made me feel as though my business was an inconvenience. Positives: fairly reasonable rates and easy handoff process.
