As usual I was greeted by friendly staff and feel I received excellent care. Unlike usual appointments this was an emergency. I was seen within hours of calling and required a follow up two days later. Im sure it required some scheduling problems.Thank you Dr Braun and Staff
Honestly, for my mother being aboriginal and you guys treating her the way you did is not right.Even the manager sided with the optician. Her first pair of glasses was fully covered by NIHB insurance and the optician made a mistake on her 1st pair of glasses. After her appointment with Dr. Jennifer Langford, the optometrist said her glasses would be for FREE because the optician made a mistake on her glasses.
