I wish I would have read the reviews before attempting to register my daughter here. I’ve never had such a negative experience with a receptionist. Her degrading, condescending tone and aggression was by far the worst. She spoke poorly not only to myself and daughter but a senior citizen who was before us. I don’t know what she has going on in her life, but I hope whatever it is improves, because being a crusty, miserable human doesn’t bring clients. I’m sure aside from her. The clinic is great. Would highly avoid this medical clinic, the old women working the front desk has no idea how to due her job, called to book an appointment to get paperwork done, she said to come in for a walk in, I get there in the morning for a walk in and she says i have to book an appointment.. one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever met in my life.. if anyone is wondering as to why this medical clinic has a 2 star rating.. she would the number one reason.. should be fired and replaced with someone who knows how do their job and is respe... read more
I am completely blown away by the amount of disrespect by the staff at a place where you’re going when you are sick/ ill !!!!!!
Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I felt very cared for by a doctor who I had never met! Great walk-in clinic experience
I'm shocked by the bad reviews of Hinton Medical Clinic staff. The receptionists are helpful and friendly, contrary to the contradictory comments I've seen in other reviews. One review that mentioned receptionist L(full name withheld) has been removed. Good. L has been professional, and smiles at the front desk, even though I know the staff is sometimes swamped.
