Always felt welcome by the doctors at this clinic however, the receptionist Cindy is very rude. Every interaction I’ve ever had with this lady makes me not want to go to this clinic. She is hard to deal with, it’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful.
Call Hinton clinic their office is closed today on Friday 900 am or 500 pm and why do not following the ours update with doctors office and I was calling them about my forms disability, and their office is closed early today very poor service The healthcare system is sucks
We lost my spouse’s doctor now mine is leaving and the only option here is now walk in. This clinic is horrible for service we need another option in town other than the emergency at the hospital Update: front end staff were amazing however the doctor I saw today made me feel like my requests and conditions were invalid. I will avoid said doctor in the future. I would rather leave and pay for a missed appointment than endure how belittled I felt after the appointment.
I have always felt welcome and cared for when I get into this clinic. I appreciate the suggestions they provide and the juggling they have often done to find a way to get me what I need. I respect that the staff are doing their best with immense doctor and resource shortages. I imagine they have to interface with disappointed and frustrated people on a regular basis. Blame the public health care system, not the individuals doing the best with what they have. If you default to kindness, you'll get it returned to you.
Worst walk-in clinic ever I’ve been there twice. I’ve been absolutely no help whatsoever.
