Absolutely, horrible doctors. Hinton used to be great. Unfortunately, he hires horrible doctors to work in his offices. I won’t be back.

I love our nurse practitioner, but this new call center is so frustrating. They are rude and do not understand most requests. I just got a phone call while I’m at work and unable to answer right that second. I called back in about 20 seconds when I was able to get to a meeting room (mind you I hit redial on the number that called me). Several prompts later, I’m transferred to the stupid call center. Is this normal? I wanted to find a new primary care doctor — someone who did not also see the rest of my family and serve as a pastor on the side. I went for my first well checkup and to establish as a new patient as well as get my work physical completed. When the nurse left I could hear her loud and clear out in the hallway talking about my medications as well as mocking me about my laugh. She said “should be ok”.
