Wife needed her hand to be looked at, seen on a Monday evening within 30 minutes, Doctor was very empathetic and caring.
Step dad came in with an infection. The girl at the front end kept ignoring him and letting people go in that came in after him that were clearly not as sick. She was being condescending when he asked about it. He finally gets in and the infection had moved down his hand and is sent back home?! then has to go in the next day because it’s getting worse for it to turn out to be flesh eating bacteria. I waited three hours in excruciating pain, severely dehydrated, on the verge of fainting when I showed up for my scheduled procedure. They didn’t end up doing the procedure and I ended up having to go home. It was a procedure that required a lot of prep and I live three hours away. Never again.
