Highly recommended locally and to just drop in when visiting.
I was in Hinton visiting family and stumbled across there gym. Abby welcomed me in with open arms and then her and the girls proceeded to kick my butt with one of the best cardio work outs of my life! The next day was a dead lift day. I figured I could hold my own against the ladies for that, but they proved me wrong again!!! The whole time motivating me and everyone else in the class. I can’t wait for my next trip back to Hinton to go back there
