I personally have never liked the car buying experience because of the whole pressure tactic, pingpong game that most dealers play between floor manager and rep. This was not the case at Hinton, we felt absolutely none of that. It was all service, no games, and a pleasure from the start. Our point of contact was very helpful, found the vehicle we wanted and kept us informed every step of the way. I was shopping for a used Jeep, Sam Moussa replied very quickly to my online enquiry. He took the time to answer all my questions. Given that i am not living close to that dealership, he made a video of the Jeep to show me everything - detailed view of the underside, showing any small flaw the paint had, etc. Openness and transparency get top marks!

Terri went above and beyond, taking the time to go through all the vehicle’s information with me and making sure all the settings were exactly how I liked them before I drove off. I really appreciated her attention to detail and care. The used vehicle itself was also perfectly detailed, which made the experience even better.
