I am a long time customer of Hinton Auto. I have always been very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work done on my vehicles. Staff are great to explain work required up front and are clear on price of the job. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely brutal customer service, I booked my car into this shop over three weeks ago for an alignment (booked in for 8am). I arrived to their shop and they already have a car on the rack, no big deal. A little more time goes by, no call or nothing. It’s now 2:30PM, and I get a call saying that they are unable to do the alignment since another car needs a part. Okay? Roll it off the rack!
