We are travelling fulltime and we developed issues with usb jacks in the dash of our Hilux, other Auto Sparkys in area told me it would be at least 3 weeks( after Xmas) before they could look at it. I called in to see Ryan and although busy he was able to squeeze us in to look at it the following day. He had to order part in and it arrived on time and Ryan fitted it promptly . They were great at looking over my car when it wouldn’t start, gave me a quote for a new starter motor and proceeded with job. Unfortunately they flagged more issues but I wasn’t communicated with at all. I went in twice, called after the weekend and then given the price finally. There was other work done, which I’m guessing it needed but they went ahead without clarifying with me first.
