Amazing service and staff. Julius assisted us with the purchase of our new car, he was so helpful and made the whole experience easy. Big shout out to the parts team also which has been great to deal with also. Great service all around, highly recommend!
Extremely Rode sales staff Julius Spoke to my wife as a customer like I was a bit of dirty saying and I quote (you've just rang up for a fight) after we called questioning him about my father inlaw delivery date he ordered in November told February delivery even sates on contract then completely ignored my father inlaw and wouldn't call back or told him ill call u in an hour a day later father inlaw messages back still bizzy my father inlaw had to send other message are u still in the meeting mate Customer service was horrib... read more
I recently purchased a Rogue Hilux from Brae from Hinterland Toyota out at Beaudesert. He was very efficient and friendly and got all the info I needed as soon as he could. I went out to collect the car and I was greeted by Bailey who was very lovely, she kept me company until Julius went through the delivery process. Everybody at this dealership was nothing short of fantastic and I will definitely be recommending people to them to buy cars. Thankyou so much guys, loving the car ☺️
