Disappointing to say the least, have been there twice and both times got shunted around by front desk staff that are in serious need of training. Impossible to get anything done. Brisbane for me.

It would be nice to be informed that I need to book to loan a car when previously we didn't need to. Especially when the closest service for us is a 40min drive away...
