We had the best time at Hinterland House. The cottage was super cozy and just what we needed for a little romantic getaway. It felt private and peaceful, and we could really switch off and relax. The place has a really nice vibe — comfy, homely, and full of little touches that made it feel special. Nights by the fire and slow mornings made it hard to leave. Honestly, it was the perfect spot for a staycation. We’ll definitely be back.
DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK!!!!! ATTENTION all brides, grooms or anyone celebrating special events in Byron Bay. We had this venue booked for 8 months in advance and 9 weeks before our wedding, they terminated the booking for both accomodation (16 pax) and our post wedding day event. They had told us they had a change in the DA for events which was a complete lie - we spoke to the council and got it both in writing and over the phone that they could host events for up to 150 pax.
