Unprofessional and unhelpful over the phone when making initial enquiries, not at all personable or accomodating. I've managed customer service teams for 2 decades however this has to be the poorest customer service interaction I've experienced yet. There are several other agents out there who are helpful, personable and professional - see them instead!
