From Jess at first contact, to Brent at install - the whole process was seamless. Questions were answered, (I asked a lot!), & explanations were easy to understand. At install the boys were efficient and left a tidy job. The after sale support has been wonderful - and the best part is, the bills, or should I say the lack there of!
When looking at adding solar batteries to my existing solar system I spoke to 6 different installers to seek options, opinions and ultimately pricing. Hinterland were not the cheapest nor the dearest but offered options and advice with honesty that made it easy to make a decision to upgrade my existing panels to a 13.2KW system with 32KW’s of battery storage, and choose them as my as my installer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Brent, Jess, and the team. I met with 7 installers in total and really appreciated their no BS approach. I had concerns about panel placement and Brent was the only one who actually got up on the roof to measure properly, so there’d be no surprises on installation day. I was also on a tight timeline and they pushed through the applications quickly, made sure stock was ready and installed when they said they would. Installation day was quick and efficient. Thanks to all.
I couldn’t be happier with the purchase and installation of my solar storage battery. Brent and his team were fantastic to deal with. Everything was explained clearly including options/pricing, timeframe and all my many questions were answered thoroughly. The whole process from my initial inquiries, through to site visit and final installation was a really positive experience.
