WARING ON WARRANTY WORKS!! we had our great aussie caravans 21.6 go to hinterland for warranty repairs. We had a crack in the corner of one of the windows which was replaced by hinterland. They had to remove the awning bracket and sail track to do the job. Very rough job with silicone missing in some places and very little in others. They also didn't reinstall our anti flap brackets leaving holes in the side of the van! They did send replacement brackets but they were the wrong ones. I called Hinterland to get some advice and was blown away with the help I received from the lovely Warranty lady, Danni went above and beyond to help me. I hadn’t purchased my van from them but Danni was more than happy to help me and point me in the right direction. I am very great-full and happy with the service I received over the phone with Danni. Highly recommend.
