When picking up our new van Marty went over and beyond explaining everything to us and showing us how it all worked as it was a lot different from our old van. From visiting the showroom to signing our contract, colour selections and extras, caravan arrival, handover and servicing...... our experience with dealing and meeting you all has been fantastic. Would have to be the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. Never call me back after leaving messages and txt. Quote me a price for a service then add about 30 % when I get there, will never deal with them again.
Not sure what to say only that am very disappointed with Ryan in sales as promises were made prior to payment then once paid for delivery was pushed out due to sunshine coast show and having no detailers to attend to final clean. Oven/cook top was removed prior to inspection we were told this was due to a recall and that a new replacement was being installed.we now have the original with all the mess with previous cooking.
