Fridge issue-was not pumped in correctly at build, so we had water leaking on the floor. Tina & a young fella, can’t remember his name- maybe Dan, looked after us. Both were very helpful, respectful & the issue was identified & fixed within 20mins. Very happy .
Would have to be the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. Never call me back after leaving messages and txt. Quote me a price then add about 30 % when I get there, will never deal with them again.
Absolutely crap customer service, once they have your money and caravan delivered. We had several problems with our new van and was given the run round by the “service” dept.ended up organising and doing the repair ourselves. Pity, because sales people were so helpful but that is where the help ended.
Great service ,totally explained the whole working of our new caravan,every question answered and more.Would definately recommend to anyone looking to buy.Marty was amazing
