Good Afternoon, This correspondence pertains to a hot tub cover acquired from your company in the year 2016. We wish to affirm our prior satisfaction with the product; however, a material defect has recently manifested. This company is fantastic to deal with! I have had the pleasure of purchasing off of them for a couple years and they are nothing short of amazing! Jason is one of the nicest and most helpful people you’d ever meet. His willingness to help and accommodate my needs is second to none.
