Purchased their solid safety pool cover for $1200 in 2013 and after ONE season the cover showed material defects (tears) in the center mesh drain and several small rips on the edges where the cover meets the pool deck. I called Hinspergers (HPI) and started the warranty claim process and was asked to ship the item for "inspection". After much dialogue with the GM for HPI, he indicated that the defects would not be covered but needed me to ship it back (at my cost), to determine if it's covered.
