If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Had an appointment for 4:30pm and I called the morning of my appointment and told them my day opened up, so if need be they can come out after 2pm. The guys showed up at 2:45 and were very professional and courteous. They did a good and timely job. I highly recommend Hinson Septic Tank Pumping.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I was out of town due to a death in the family when I got the call from my pet sitter that the toilets wouldn’t flush and the tub downstairs had standing water in it. I called Hinson septic and explained the situation. They were out the same day and had it fixed in a few hours. Being 8 hours away from home when something like this happens can be overwhelming, but Hinson septic made me feel at ease and did what needed to be done. They were able to come out the same day (just a couple hours after I called) to help us with our septic issue, and on a Saturday when it was cold and raining. It was such a relief. They were kind, knowledgeable and professional. Cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend!!
