I contacted Hinson Electric as a new client since our regular electrician was unable to get us on their schedule in a timely manner. We had an issue with a light in one of our doctors' bathrooms not working. I left a message, and they contacted me back within a few hours and had two gentlemen at our hospital within an hour of his call. This company came recommended so I was really excited to have a company I could trust. I was wrong. Installed a new outlet for a generator. In the process they did not connect all the wires back. Disposal did not work, that was repaired next day. Then I noticed three kitchen outlets did not work. That took over two weeks for them to return to repair. When they came back out a third time they left the panel on the ground. After all the hassle and non working outlets, you would think they would adjust my bill for the inconveni... read more
