Been trying for a week to get them back to address some shotty workmanship. I’ve left Donna two voicemails and a few texts. No response!! Looks like a 12 year old built this deck. Stay away!!
I should have made this review sooner,but I am going to review today.. About 7 months ago I was driving by and decided to stop in and check things out. I was greeted when I walked in and inquired about a 20x20 carport. That's when I met Wayne and after a brief tour of the carports on site,I was sold on what I could get for the price. I was told it could take up to six weeks before the crew would come,it was about 2 1/2 -3 weeks for the install. I was happy with the price,the timing anc the carport itself. I believe they are a company that care about making a buck and not enough about their customers. Once they have your money,they dont care anything about you. We wanted a ramp put in. They wouldnt help witb that. Then I wanted ro swap out the roll up door for double doors they wouldnt help us. Wr were not asking for nothing free. We felt like we just dropped 9425.00 cash money on your rproduct,they should have been more than willing to help us. Never again. I will not recommend them to anybody
I am very happy with my new shed. The workers were exceptional, great communications. I wish they would have not left garbage around the work site. Highly recommended
I highly recommend this local business. They are very friendly and provide great customer service. They built a 14x40 foot shed for me last week and it’s perfect! I will send anyone looking for a shed build to them every time. Special shout out to Gonzo and Jason for all their work - thank you!
