I was involved an a collision that left considerable damage to my Honda Civic. Kimberly Knoll at Hinshaw's auto body in Auburn worked with me to explain the process for getting the car fixed, provided initial and a final estimate, made every effort to get my deductible reduced. She was extremely kind and professional, and kept me updated as to the process all along the way.
