I was involved an a collision that left considerable damage to my Honda Civic. Kimberly Knoll at Hinshaw's auto body in Auburn worked with me to explain the process for getting the car fixed, provided initial and a final estimate, made every effort to get my deductible reduced. She was extremely kind and professional, and kept me updated as to the process all along the way. I wish I can give Georgie and Hinshaws auto body 10 stars not only 5, they are amazing, this is the second time that my husband and I used them to fix our cars and each time we was satisfied, plus Georgie she made it very easy and comfortable process for me, she is amazing and really care about the customer, she listened to my need and she made sure she deliver a higher excellent custome service to me, they fixed my car with the time frame I asked for because I needed my car so bad.
The estimator Georgie made the experience comfortable and no stress in retrieving my car. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied .
We took our pick-up truck in for some minor body work that was supposed to take only four days. Since we were going to be out of town for a week, we dropped it off the Friday before we left, which left them six business days to do the work. We received a call the following Wednesday from Georgie stating that she had "misplaced" the paperwork so the work hadn't even started yet!
