After complaining, the company manager contacted me and provided some refund. Excellent manager! “This company charged me much higher fees than it should be. It was only a sensor (cost about $130 based on the purchase receipt) that needed to be replaced in the water heating system, but at the end they charged me total more than $1700. Even though I am Korean and there was a language barrier, the team was incredibly patient and professional. They did a very thorough job, and my furnace is now working perfectly. It's so warm and quiet—I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend their service!
Had Ashton , Ethan and Jermey repipe my house and install a new garage heater. the boys did a great job showed up on time and ready to work . Would hire this company again
Darren was fantastic and this company is fantastic. Our sump pump was replaced in less than one hour after giving them a call, which probably saved our basement. Also used them for A/C in the summer and they did a great job on that as well.
