I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience with Hinsdale Title Company has been disappointing. While Alena has been courteous, communication and follow-through has been extremely slow. I've been trying to obtain a closing packet from a transaction that closed in early April, and despite reaching out by email five separate times, I still have not received it as of mid-June.
