Do not Go here! I had simple lower back injections without anesthesia that took less than 15 minutes. They charged my insurance $11,814.00!! Now I’m stuck paying a bill of over 715.00 out of my pocket! I called them multiple times and they refused to lower my bill. I had the exact same procedure done at Palos surgery center and was only charged a fraction of this out of pocket.
