Edit* I posted this review hoping to get a response since I did not receive a response by phone and it looks like this is settled that regardless of your gymmaster system showing clearly I was charged 6 packs for $238 each and only used 1 pack and you refunded me for 3 packs that you knew the charges were wrong. Trying to get the other two charges refunded is where we ran into an issue which you promised you would correct. I was overcharged for classes because of an error in their billing system. I’ve been waiting months for over $400 to be refunded
