I first went because I was having horrible neck pain. Mind you, she said my insurance was accepted and I only had to pay $40, so I was happy to do that. The same day I saw her she advised me to come in again in 2 days to check and see how my pain is and to do another readjustment. The morning after my first appointment I woke up with even worse neck pain after visiting her. I refused to come in again and see her because of it. Very unprofessional with no bedside manner. Will lie to you so you will use her services. Kept insisting that my daughter’s service will be covered so I went to her 2x a week for her and once a week for myself. After going over 14 times for treatment with my daughter, she sends a very poorly written letter to my house stating that I owe her $693. Yes, I should have contacted my insurance myself but I trusted and believed her when I asked multiple times.
I have been a client of Hinsbrook Chiro for many years and any time I have an issue they are the only ones that I call. I slipped on ice a few years back and landed on a cart I was carrying with me, and landed on one of the wheels. I had a very hard time walking and the pain was unbearable from the fall, I called the office and they were able to see me quickly.
