I hired this company Hinokawa to diagnose and repair my commercial oven. My oven is at my home at the moment. I called to schedule an appointment and was told there was a "travel" fee, $185.00 plus $20.00 for 4 extra miles, I was okay with that, the couple that came was ************* wife joined, since it was at my home. they spent several hour diagnosing and was told I needed to replace the motor. On 4/17/24 Hinokawa Electric was to install a new $8,640.24 inverter to replace an inverter due to rental overload. They did not report the inverter exchange to HELCO as they were required to do. From that date forward to 9/27/24 our system was not delivering power to HELCO thru net metering.
