HORRIBLE, it's been 9 months and they STILL haven't called me or given me any updates on my case. I called to get update 2 WEEKS AGO and still no call back from them!!! DO NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
