This is the best ramen establishment in Katy that I have ever been to. The ambiance is very charming and the staff are very attentive. The ramen was amazing and the green tea was so good.

I get takeout from Hinode every time I’m in town. Every time I’ve stopped it’s been great!
Came here for lunch with my fianc� and had such a good experience! We ordered the creamy chicken & miso ramen & both were deli. We finished with some ice cream, and the soft wafer shell was such a nice touch. The decor was really cute too, especially all the anime decorations. Cici was so sweet and made us feel really welcome. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a cute spot with good food!
I got the gyoza, chicken yakitori, and Tokyo Shoyu Ramen. It’s been over 6 years since I’ve been to Japan, and nothing I’ve tried since has come close to this! Everything from the gyoza to the chashu pork in the ramen tasted almost identical to what I had in Japan. The staff was very nice, the ambiance was great, and the food was amazing. I’ll definitely be becoming a regular here!
