Worst company with awful customer service. They master in deceptive billing and blame it on AEP. For the first couple months they will charge you low and then will hike it to a strangulating level. If you try to get rid off them,they will then send you a bill with unexplained previous charges that are from 5-6 months ago. If you tell them anything about this malpractice and not paying the unexplained charges, they threaten to send it over to collections. Never seen such ripoffs. Worst company ever. Extremely unprofessional and they refuse to cancel my account even though I have spoken with three different people and sent in three cancellation forms. Go to ANYONE else!
